Changing the metrics categories

OK, one day into it and I'm already making changes. My new categories for recording development time are:

• Planning
• Existing Code
• New Code
• Learning
• Managing

So, summarizing the changes... I've renamed "Writing" and "Improving" to "Existing Code" and "New Code" this is because there are many activities involved in working with code so, the new names better reflect that - besides, there's no guarantee that working on code equates to improving it ;-)

The other item that I've removed is "Discussing". I'm not really sure why I had that in there; probably my penchant for adding buffer time to things that I plan :-)
