Debugging Mono's class libraries with MonoTouch.
In Xamarin's recent release of MonoTouch 4.2, a feature was included that enables the debugging the Mono framework's class libraries. This means you can debug right into the source code of the Mono framework as you would expect from just debugging into your own code. Since this uses up more space and memory when debugging your applications, this is turned off by default. You can see a video of this feature in action and how to turn the feature on in this short video: http://screencast.com/t/0FLUXkDk5ULU

Hello all,

Mix10 iPhone App is Live!
Hello All,

Mix10 iPhone App is coming!
In just over two weeks from now, Mix 10 will be kicking off at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas and no doubt there will be a lot of interesting content with Silverlight 4, VS2010 and Windows Phone 7 Series all around the corner. Something that I always find hard to do when I'm at a conference is to keep up to date with what sessions are on now and what session I want to attend. Sure, you could always print of the schedule but this isn't great when sessions get updated or move around. This is where the MIX10 iPhone application comes in handy! For those who have a keen eye - you might have spotted a sneaky preview of the application on Miguel's blog - http://tirania.org/blog/archive/2010/Feb-23.html.

My MonoTouch session at DDD8
Yesterday (Saturday 30th January 2010) was the 8th Developer Developer Developer conference held at the Microsoft offices in Reading, UK. I won't go in to detail about the event but suffice to say - it was amazing! Well put together, great sponsors, great organizers, great speakers and most importantly great attendees. It was good to meet some new faces and plenty of old too. In case you didn't catch me at my session or about the conference then here's what I looked like... needless to say I'm not Dave Sussman but the emo kid on the left.
