Shift-F10: pops up the context menu even on keyboards
without the Win keys. Like my precious, precious
keyboard.
Ctrl-+ : When viewing a listview in Details mode, this
will auto-resize all columns. Not only convenient, I
don't think there's any other way to do this.
Ctrl-T / Ctrl-Shift-T : These are my favorite Visual
Studio shortcuts, and do nothing constructive
whatsoever:

You can also use popup menu key (between right Window
and Ctrl key) for same purpose.
I think my favorite part of the Ctrl-Shift-Esc
combination is that on a properly sturdy keyboard, like
my aforementioned ancient IBM, I can access the task
manager with a well-aimed karate chop to the left edge
of the keyboard.
