I've had in my head for some time for trying to explain
different approaches to testing existing code to
development teams and managers.
It's amazing, but there is still a lot of resistance to
doing this kind of work up-front, as many people think
it intuitive to expect the curve to be steep and stay
steep, with no cost-benefit.
