Well, this appears to be a happy result of David
Anderson's time developing guidance for different levels
of the Microsoft Solutions Framework (in my vague
recollection, MSF+CMMI and MSF+Agile). He had a slide
talk that covered what emerged that took him back to the
basic cycle of learning and improvement and fundamental
Denning methodology. I found it intriguing.
That may explain it being part of the Architecture
Center.
