If you use Resharper you can also duplicate the current
line with Ctrl-D (saves one Keystroke).
I did not know about the ctrl-shift-v. I will have to
start using that.

Stephen: Just ask Mike Gunderloy (in the article
mentioned) - he actually says he'd program with the
mouse if he could - he does everything else with the
mouse anyway...
