That is not specific to WM 5.0, that's been a
"feature" of all versions of Pocket
PC, Windows CE, etc. I've had five different Pocket PCs
(PDAs and phones), and that's always been the case.
Note that the UI Guidelines merely forbid you from
telling the user what the actual exit command is. The
built-in applications (Contacts, Calendar, Pocket Word,
etc.) use Ctrl-Q on the SIP to exit.
Ah. So it's a standard "feature" on
all these platforms. Lovely.
Erich: Why would the guidelines note something like
that?
the reason that i'm not using the ppc to read and write
post is beacuse Orange takes 20 shekels per month for
5mb data..
it's a lot of money for just five mega bytes....
i wish that someday orange will have unlimited package
by the way- im talking about gprs package
if you are using 3th generation (and you are) it's
difference
Enjoy , its a great phone , but a little big for me to
carring it
Dror.
You can actually go into settings and click on the
memory tab to close apps too. You don't need a special
app, I do agree that the whole close isn't close thing
is stupid though.
