(including me),
I have just watched your lecture on TDD, and I must say
it was a real eye opener.
I am not sure that TDD and agile development is the
silver bullet, but I will be more then happy to be
involved in a user group here in IL to learn and explore
deeper the subject.

Please note that the voice layer of your first lecture
is interfering with the "Enterprise Services -
introduction" lecture, minutes after that
lecture starts..
Conquering other lectures won't help you getting into
PDC.. ;-)
