You too have the same problem as I have: the URL in the
RSS for the feed is:
/rosherove/archive/2006/05/22/448332.aspx
, it lacks weblogs.asp.net.
Btw, how did you get that HTML into the NEWS section? I
couldnt get it to work!
I have mixed feelings about the upgrade. It was long
overdue and there are some great new features (ratings,
Share this post, tags, etc.) but the filter to make
posts aggregate bugs me.
I know it's to filter out the non-useful blog entries
like something filed under "Other" when you tell the
world that your computer blew up or you're buying a new
iPod (or like me you lost your 3rd camera). However I'm
having problems with the list.
I understand most of it and yes, it's popular (maybe
they did some scan of the posts to figure out the most
popular tags to determine the list) but what the hell is
Crossbow? I've never heard of it. Also I would like to
see an Agile tag because any TDD/DDD posts I do will be
filed under that. Grant you there's a "General Software
Development" tag but I don't like being lumped in with
everything else that way.
I suppose the list will grow and evolve, as software
does but it irks me that I'll have to go back and
replace and/or update tags when it does. I've already
done some of the cleanup, and even only with a few
hundred posts over the last couple of years, it's time
consuming.
