Roy, don't you think it would make more sense to take a
big portion of local user group activities online?
BTW, there doesn't seem to be one for asp.net.
I realy think that the Tapuzer group will help other
programmer to meet this world of .net.
From my point of view, as a passive friend of tapuz, I
see two good things:
1) The most of the people in tapuz are begginers that
just learning, start reading or doing a simple project
for school.
For those people, a User Group is like a festival, where
they can meet new friends and learn more about this
world of .net.
2) I can see more and more people, like those in 1, that
will meet you and other User Group leaders for the first
time and I am sure that some of them will start
participating in those groups.
For conclusion, I see this user group as a temporary
start for all those new/young programmers that want to
step ahead and be the next generation of the israeli
.net world.
