do u think that only nuts go for a phd? i have tried to
do a phd, was accepted but the funding went pear-shaped
at the last minute! do u consider that as a no no
sign...was i lucky? i don't know because i still wasn't
luck to find a job with my masters and strange things
keep happening to me, like crazy delays in letters when
i am short-listed for an interview! i ended up very
pessimistic and not knowing where to start from? to phd
or not to phd is the question...
i think it's a challenge to do one regardless of the
research or job market that awaits you afterwards, but i
am sure one can spend his/her life in more enjoyable
ways!!!
