component of usability is keeping to standards.
You can have the most beautiful marketing website in the
world - many come to mind - but if nobody can figure out
what you are selling and how to buy it in 2 minutes and
3 pageclicks you are toast. Granted, product usability
is different, but the same does hold true from
version-to-version.
